On March 9th the Commissioners met with consultant BergerABAM during a special public meeting, to continue the process of updating the Port’s Comprehensive Plan by reviewing the current Plan, discussing long-term strategic planning, and taking public input. This meeting lasted nearly three hours and, due to the in-depth discussion of the issues, several topics remain unaddressed.
On March 30th the Board will hold another special meeting with the consultant to continue discussion and complete this step in the process. The Commission is hoping to see and hear from more of the public about your vision for our community. The discussion topics that may interest you include: Marina Airport Recreation and Public Waterfront Access Operations

o Community Awareness and Transparency
The March 30th meeting will be held in the Community Room, at the C-W Municipal Court building, 89 ‘C’ St., Washougal, and begin at 6:00 p.m. There will be at least one scheduled break and simple refreshments will be available. We hope to see you there.
