A former Camas Washougal Restaurateur is coming back to our area to take an existing restaurant and turn it around.

He is currently working on menus as well as remodeling and renaming the restaurant.

“We will certainly do breakfast beginning the weekend of the 26th, it seems there's a need - we
Love doing it and the crazy 18 hour days that it brings. I'm leaning towards a straight forward not too complicated menu. Doing what we do well though, everything cooked from scratch, to order and trying to keep the prices right down. I figure if people only eat out now and
again rather than the 4-5 times a week thing that was more the norm they need to know it's going to be solid and feel they've got value for money.”

Camas and Washougal is “just such an interesting and diverse area and that's why I would
like to hear what people have to say, especially in this climate.   Aside
from the fact it makes sense to try and provide something people want, I see this as an area that's just been crying out for something for years and no-one has really tried very hard to provide it.”
