• WSDOT will host a multi-project open house on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 152 Marble Road in Washougal to present several safety and mobility projects along the SR 14 corridor.
  • WSDOT recently presented project information to the Hispanic community at an open house held in Vancouver. Click here to view the project flyer, also available in Spanish.
  • WSDOT recently redesigned (pdf 148kb) the project in order to bring the overall cost to within the $57 million budget. The major changes are:
    • Elimination of additional lanes across the West Camas Slough Bridge.
    • New median barrier across the West Camas Slough Bridge between east and westbound traffic and widening of the shoulders on the bridge. [Existing (pdf 291kb) and proposed (pdf 106kb) designs]
    • Addition of a bridge and ramps at 2nd Street
    • Elimination of access to SR 14 at 6th Street
